Charlotte Wine and Food Week starts on Tuesday

Proceeds benefit Charlotte-area children's charities including A Child's Place and Augustine Literacy Project.

Charlotte Wine + Food Week, starting on April 17, 2023, is a week-long celebration featuring over 50 events across the city, including wine dinners, cocktail classes, and food and wine pairings. Organized by the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, the event aims to showcase the region's culinary scene and support local businesses. Highlights include a Grand Tasting event at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, a Southern food and wine experience at the historic Dunhill Hotel, and a variety of educational seminars and cooking demonstrations led by renowned chefs and sommeliers. Tickets for the events can be purchased online, with prices varying depending on the event.
