Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has called upon the private sector to play a pivotal role in addressing Pakistan's climate and population challenges, emphasizing the need for sustainable development and economic growth. Speaking at a recent conference, he highlighted the government's commitment to fostering a conducive environment for private investment in green technologies and sustainable practices. Aurangzeb stressed the importance of public-private partnerships to effectively tackle issues such as climate change and rapid population growth, which are critical for the country's future. He also mentioned ongoing efforts to streamline regulations and provide incentives to encourage private sector involvement in these areas.
