The city of El Paso, Texas, has named two streets in honor of U.S. Army soldiers who were killed in a drone strike in Jordan on January 28, 2024. The streets, located in the Eastlake area of the city, are named after Sgt. William Jerome Rivers and Spc. Kennedy Ladon Sanders. The dedication ceremony was attended by family members, friends, and city officials, who expressed their gratitude for the soldiers' service and sacrifice.
