The hospital is coming up in over 53 acres and the project is being taken up at a cost of Rs 882 crore

The Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS) at Sanathnagar, Hyderabad, is set to open soon, with its outpatient services expected to commence within a month. The facility, which spans 27 acres and was constructed at a cost of Rs 650 crore, will initially operate with 100 beds, expanding to 1,000 beds in the future. TIMS will offer advanced medical care, including specialties like neurology, cardiology, and oncology, and will be equipped with modern amenities such as a blood bank, pharmacy, and diagnostic labs. The institute aims to provide affordable and quality healthcare to the public, with plans to start postgraduate medical courses in the near future.
