The Duality of One For All and All For One

The Pinnacle of Stockpiling and Theft

At the center of the series' narrative are two antithetical powers: One For All and All For One. One For All is a unique evolutionary Quirk that allows the user to stockpile raw physical strength and transfer that accumulated power to another individual. Over generations, this Quirk has evolved to incorporate the unique abilities of its previous wielders, granting the current user access to multiple powers such as Blackwhip, Float, and Danger Sense, effectively making it a composite ability of immense versatility.

Conversely, All For One is a predatory Quirk that allows the user to forcibly steal Quirks from others and either utilize them personally or bestow them upon third parties. This ability transforms the user into a living collection of powers, enabling them to construct customized combinations of abilities to counter any opponent. The conflict between these two Quirks represents the overarching struggle between collective strength and singular domination.

Elemental and Physical Dominance

Beyond the central plot-driving Quirks, several individuals possess abilities that provide absolute dominance over their environment. Shoto Todoroki's "Half-Cold Half-Hot" is a prime example of dual-elemental mastery, granting the ability to generate ice from one side of the body and fire from the other. This duality allows for both massive area-of-effect attacks and precise temperature control.

Katsuki Bakugo's "Explosion" Quirk utilizes a nitroglycerin-like sweat that can be ignited at will. While primarily used for offensive blasts, the ability is also utilized for high-speed mobility through aerial propulsion, demonstrating how a destructive power can be adapted for tactical movement.

Conceptual and Biological Manipulation

Some of the most dangerous Quirks are those that operate on a conceptual or biological level rather than through raw force. Kai Chisaki's "Overhaul" allows the user to disassemble and reassemble matter through a touch, effectively allowing for the instant destruction of obstacles or the healing of injuries by "resetting" the biological structure of a person.

Similarly, the Quirk "New Order," wielded by Star and Stripe, is one of the most potent abilities documented. It allows the user to impose a set of rules upon their environment or objects they touch, effectively rewriting the laws of reality within a specific scope. This represents a shift from physical power to ontological control.

Other specialized Quirks provide critical strategic utility. Shota Aizawa's "Erasure" allows him to nullify the Quirk of any person he looks at, removing the advantage of superhuman abilities and forcing a confrontation based on physical combat and martial arts. Eri's "Rewind" is perhaps the most rare, as it can revert a living organism's body to a previous state, capable of erasing injuries or even removing a person's Quirk entirely by reverting them to a state before the Quirk manifested.
