European Energy to sell 470MW wind and solar project to Energix

European Energy has agreed to sell a 470MW wind and solar project in Israel to Energix Renewable Energies Ltd. for $470 million. The project, known as the "Genesis" portfolio, includes 17 solar and wind sites across Israel, with construction already underway on some sites.
